Terms & Conditions
The simple terms that govern your use of the Nutea Farms website and the buying of our fresh, locally grown microgreens in Enniscorthy and County Wexford.
This is practical starter wording for a small grower and is not legal advice. Nutea Farms should have these Terms & Conditions — particularly the pricing, ordering and liability sections — reviewed by a qualified solicitor before relying on them.
About these terms
Nutea Farms is a small, local grower of fresh microgreens based in Enniscorthy, County Wexford. These terms cover your use of our website and the buying of our microgreens. By using the site or placing an order with us, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, please contact us and we will gladly talk it through.
Our microgreens
We grow sunflower, pea shoots, radish, broccoli, coriander, beet, onion, Bloody Mary and other varieties in small batches, cut fresh to order. Because this is fresh, perishable produce, availability changes from week to week with the harvest. The descriptions and photos on our products page are a fair, honest guide, but natural produce varies a little in size, colour and yield, so what arrives may differ slightly from a photo.
Prices
Prices shown on the website are indicative and are confirmed at the time you order. We will always tell you the final price for what is available before you commit to anything.
Placing an order
There is no automated online checkout. The website cart is an enquiry tool — adding items simply starts a request, it does not complete a sale. To place an order, send us your enquiry and we will confirm what is in season, the price and how to arrange collection or delivery and payment. You can reach us by email at contact@nuteafarms.com, by phone or WhatsApp on +353 83107 0699, or through our contact page. An order is only confirmed once we have agreed the details with you. See delivery for collection and delivery around Enniscorthy and County Wexford.
Cancellations and issues
If something is not right with your order, please tell us promptly and we will put it right. Because microgreens are perishable, specific rules apply — please see our refund & returns policy for how cancellations, problems and refunds are handled. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law are not affected.
Using the website
Please use our website lawfully and fairly, and do not attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse it. All content on the site — including text, page design and images — belongs to Nutea Farms and may not be reused without our permission.
Liability
We take care to keep the website and our information accurate and up to date, but we provide it without warranty as far as the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, Nutea Farms is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you have a question about these terms, please email contact@nuteafarms.com or call +353 83107 0699.
