About our Pea Shoots
Pea shoots are sweet, juicy and tender, with the unmistakable fresh taste of garden peas. They are wonderful raw — they hold their shape beautifully in a salad — and equally good wilted at the last second through pasta, noodles or a quick stir-fry. Grown locally and cut to order, our pea shoots are a simple way to bring colour and freshness to a plate.

Both. They are sweet and crunchy raw in salads, and they keep a lovely flavour when wilted briefly through hot dishes at the end of cooking.
How long do pea shoots stay fresh?
Kept cool in the fridge they stay fresh for several days. As with all our microgreens, the sooner you use them the better they taste.
